All standard private services are billed according to session length at a rate of $140 per hour.

Initial Consultation

An opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and whether this approach is right for you. Your consultation fee is credited toward your comprehensive assessment when you choose to continue.
Comprehensive Functional Movement Assessment
90-minute appointment | $370*
A detailed, individualized assessment exploring movement patterns, breathing mechanics, functional strength, and areas of concern.
Following your appointment, you'll receive a comprehensive written report outlining assessment findings, individualized recommendations, and a plan to guide your continued progress.
Your $70 initial consultation fee is credited toward the assessment, leaving a remaining balance of $300.
The assessment fee reflects the additional time dedicated to preparation, individualized analysis, and detailed report development beyond the scope of a standard hourly appointment. I've thoughtfully structured this rate to keep comprehensive care as accessible as possible while honoring the time and attention each assessment deserves.
Follow-Up Sessions

Ongoing individualized support informed by your assessment findings and personal goals. Each session includes a brief written follow-up with practice reminders, recommendations, and movement cues.
